Besides executing our exit strategy, François Montrelay helped us go through all the steps to be “exit-ready”: business strategy, financials, legal, accounting, restructuring. The business had a complicated structure and was not prepared for the exit, not to mention the changes in the geopolitical situation in Ukraine. With François’ energy and optimism it all has been overcome and led to our successful exit in 2020.
