For some clients, we work like a Non-Executive Board Member, with a special emphasis on Strategy & Development.

Based on client’s needs, Counseling alternates:

• Strategic Analysis and decision-making with the CEO or the Board.
• Implementation and learning with the Management Team.
• Focus on personal growth for the CEO.

Time spent in the company is usually short but very intense.

We also sometimes work as a short term Management Board Member for select clients, if the need arises.

Some recent assignments

• 3-year support to Management Team to enrich client culture and establish a marketing organization.
• 18-months part-time CMO to support business model transformation, turnaround, and fund raising.
