A Different Type of Consulting
CEOs and Board Members make difficult decisions but they want to act quickly and remain true to themselves.
Strategy consulting has become an industry and sometimes loses its soul, looking for market share or just replicating what was already made elsewhere.
Having worked many years in global companies, I thought there is room for a different way of working:
- Focused on the real needs of the client;
- Taking individual personality and corporate cultures into account;
- Making sure that companies build plans that they want to implement;
- Truly international.
This is why I decided to build on my 25 years international experience and to create a small consulting company that delivers a fully tailor-made service, based on Person-to-Person (P2P) interaction, in-depth analysis of issues, respect, and integrity.
A Special Focus on India
India is of course a land of promise, for both Indian and non-Indian companies. I have worked and lived in India; I enjoy a large network of Indian contacts; I understand the culture(s) and the way to conduct business relationships.
It was just natural to add this specific dimension to P2P Consultants. Our clients now include as many Indian as Western companies, and we wish to keep going in that direction.
